DELIVERY SCHEDULING UPDATE
As you are aware following our last update, LPD took the decision to resume servicing customers who were still operating in a safe and controlled manner, and we commenced a phased restart of our delivery operations as of 27th of April 2020.
WE ARE NOW PLEASED TO CONFIRM THAT WE ARE ABLE TO COMMENCE A WEEKLY DELIVERY SERVICE FROM 4 MAY 2020.
Our sales staff and transport team working either remotely or from the office will be pleased to assist you with any queries you may have.

Our workforce who were invited to return are working within strict new safety regulations. These regulations include full compliance with current social distancing advice from PHE and follow the latest government guidelines. We have adapted our delivery processes to suit this new working environment.
Our contactless process means that when you do receive an on-site delivery our driver will annotate the delivery note with the name of your colleague who accepts the delivery, sign, date and time the delivery note, and leave a copy with your goods. The copy our driver retains will be the legal proof of delivery.
We have received a great deal of support and well-wishes over the last few weeks and have never been more grateful to have such incredible customers. We want you to know that we are doing our very best to manage our business operations; we realise that times are very tough for a great many of you and we are here to offer you as much support as we can.
